Donostia is beautiful, granted. You should visit Bilbao too. And Vitoria and Pamplona if you can. Also Biarritz, Saint Jean de Luz or Bayonne are great visits. There is so much to see and experience here.

Cheshire is rather common.
/brit/s are a blessing for every regional collector. They are probably the group of people that uses regional flags most. /nederdraad/, /cum/ and /luso/ use them a lot too.

The city flags are pretty great, NYC and Pittsburgh are personal favorites of mine. Tbh New York should use the Prince of Orange's flag+its seal, it would be historically more appropriate and it would look cooler.

Personally I don't think it is THAT hard. I consider it a quite logic language, but I guess that since I learnt since I was a child it could be a distorted vision of it.
Anyway, take in consideration that it has no relationship with other languages (save loans, obviously) so it could be a whole new experience. In your case, it shouldn't be too hard to find a Euskal Etxea in Uruguay and learn it if you wish to.
