I know a few good eateries in Lajpat Nagar which are owned and run by Afghanis and they serve good Afghani food but no Paki eateries that I know of.

Dude just go to Jama Masjid in the evening. The whole area is the unofficial food-street of the town.
Plus it's so cheap. The only downside is the fact that there's no alcohol to wash down all that delish food.

As I said earlier I don't usually order keema when I eat out and my family is from Rajasthan so the way the food is cooked in our home is different.
And I remember ordering keema at Karim's (https://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karim%27s) when I went there a few weeks back and even they didn't have aalu in them.
