What is the difference between Turkey and Albania?
I'm serious, I've met many T*rks and Albanians and I see them as identical.
Are there any cultural differences at all?

They have different completely different languages, Turkish is a Turkic language and if I recall correctly Albanian isn't related to any other European language.
There's a sizeable Christian minority in Albania, and Albanians are generally care less about religion than Turks (a decent chunk of Albania is irreligious in practice).
