So what is the endgame in terms of the United Nations?
Do you think they should have an army? Not the "peacekeeping forces" but a full time elite trained armed forces...well, force?
It never was anyhow in the game to begin with.
And now they shouldn't have a own army since they for sure couldn't agree what to do / not to do with it

The end game is world peace through means of centralizing world power to the west and defeating all others. USA does the attacking while UN looks like some peaceful force but it's all controlled by the same people.
One day a new world order will rise to finalize and officially establish this control, and that will be the American world empire.
Then it will slowly start to look more and more like Gundam with space colonizes.

>full time elite trained armed forces
They already have that though. The peacekeepers are hand-picked from professional armed forces around the world. That's as good as it gets for an organization.

Countries like Russia and China have veto rights in the UN, so no, the people who control the UN and the people who decide what USA attacks are not exactly the same people.
The United Nations is pretty much a US puppet organisation from the start, seeing as they had a permanent majority on the security council which consisted of the US, Russia, and 3 US puppets until 1971 when Taiwan was exchanged for PRC, which still left them with 3 out of 5. As we all know the US is not a force for good in the world so by extension neither is the UN. In fact many UN organisations which are ostensibly charitable organisations are actually CIA fronts for covert warfare against supposed enemies (i.e countries which are not US puppets).
In conclusion, there is no hope for humanities future due to its own greed. There will never be world peace or a future utopia, only a boot stamping on a human face forever.

most of them come from crappy little countries that get monetary incentives for supplying troops.
I'm sure they'll do whatever yall yanks tell them to do

Most of them are Indian rapists

Yeah, in practice it's shit because countries with actually well-trained forces don't volunteer enough troops, but in theory, what OP is proposing is already being done. UN needs to replace its Pakis, Indians, and Africans with East Asians, Europeans, and Latin Americans (from the wealthier countries like Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico).

Good goy
It is suppose to be the promotion of cooperation
A dedicated kill team goes against ideals

Actually a permanent military force was part of the original design for the UN but the will to implement it was lost during the Cold War
