Why would I move to Sofia when I live in Ljubljana where salaries are significantly greater? Not like Sofia is cheap either.
The only way I'd move if I'd be paid substantially more, which is highly unlikely, and even then I wouldn't appreciate the change in surroundings as I have friends and family here.
