Western Sahara is currently occupied by Morocco, so posters living there probably uses morrocoan ISP's and would therefore get morrocoan flags.

Here are some ultra-rare ones (probably proxies, sadly).

>Pitcairn Island (population: 58)
>Antarctica (population: ~5,000 yearly, none permanent)
>United States Minor Outlying Islands (population: 300)
>Netherlands Antilles (dissolved in 2010, but anon somehow managed to get the flag from there)
