Multiverse theory dictates that everything exists in some alternate universe, right? Imagine that.
There's a world where magic is straight-up real. Where everyone gets a perfect waifu/husbando regardless of 2D or 3D origin, or even whether your waifu/husbando is human or not, if you're into that.
Conversely, this also means there's a universe where everything is exponentially worse. No hope, no happiness, for all we know the humans of that world don't even have the capacity to feel those things.
And where are we?

Doesn't go like that. As long as there are bacteria, viruses, arc and protozoans, there will be diseases, because they adapt as well.
The thing is, our survival mechanism is our intelligence. We know how to cure diseases, and in order to do so in the future, we need intelligent people.
Hence there needs be an eugenics program, meaning high IQ people have kids and low IQ people don't. Or the politically correct way, genetic engineering, so that everyone would get the change to have an offspring.

But either way, we are making a concious decision to interfere with natural selection because our intelligence and ability to use it to adapt to things like bacteria is a product of natural selection itself. There's a lot of edgy social Darwinists in these threads, but Darwin himself critiqued those ideas because he believed that our empathy, compassion, and intelligence to find ways to provide for the weak were a product of natural selection. I would reform our sanitation practices and update medical policies/practices to reduce the risk of diseases evolving to combat our medicine faster than we can make new medicines.

Those who are healthy, both mentally and physically, and have high IQ, could get the change to have 3 kids for example. What I mean by one-child policy is that the AVERAGE birthrate needs to be 1 or below.

Bring back labor union supports and collective negotiations. Forgo some public spending on luxuries and use the money to build advanced systems of digital infrastructure to help decentralize the economy a la Cybersyn in Chile. Increase incentives for native energy production rather than keeping the Saudi despots afloat with our payments for oil. Tear down monopolies in agriculture and livestock breeding and let small town farmers do their own businesses, increasing employment and revitalizing small towns across the country. Try to increase international communications seeking cooperation and long term solutions to world economic issues.

Crawl before you can walk anon. We start by country. Bear with me as this is just going to be a rough brainstorming draft.
Canada has roughly about 40 million people.
Unemployment rate is about 7-8%
so about 25 million people have jobs to contribute to our $1 a day funds.
This means only 365 people will benefit every year. 25million/365 = 68493.15.
Thats how many years it will take for everyone to get their fair share of 25million. also by the end of it you would have given 25million anyway.
In third world shitholes, install a functioning government and have the children of the lower class be raised by the government to eliminate "ghetto culture". First world countries should do that as well, but they don't need to get a functioning government first obviously. Have all the world's experts on child psychology and child development get together and develop a curriculum to teach people how to best raise their children, and make that class mandatory in order to become a parent.
Also implement a mixed economy with a basic minimum income to make the increasing automation of jobs benefit everybody and not just the already rich. Have the government work towards making life as least stressful as possible to get off our dependence on antidepressants and other drugs, and to just generally make life more enjoyable.
Make the government more of a true participatory democracy so that the public and the government are actually working together on things to ensure maximum accountability. The attitude of just expecting the government to fix things by voting for someone is cancer, people need to treat the government more as part of society and not just this outside thing that they expect to come in and fix society every time there's an election.
Use a combination of market and government incentives to resettle a lot of the population for maximum efficiency of resource usage. Those enormous slums in third world countries that result from urbanization happening faster than the economy is growing have to go, like move all of the slum dwellers to somewhere that needs people for work.

I'm not saying what I proposed is actually possible to implement. I just think if we could do what I proposed, it would improve the world a lot. Especially the child raising thing, if we could go just like 5-10 years where everybody raised their children as well as upper-middle class white western families did, the world would improve by a thousandfold when that generation takes over.
