the rich counties in the pic are gwinnett with almost a million people (my parents live there, it used to be extremely nice but now parts of it are having more issues with gang violence), cherokee and forsyth (shit north of atlanta but not yet in appalachia is very nice), fayette and henry. The latter two border Clayton, which is like 70% black and has unemployment and crime issues. Some of that has started to move into those two counties but most places there are extremely nice. All those transplants moving into the Atlanta metro area tend to settle in one of these counties and they bring their money with them.
