Usually we just say 19th century or the Industrial Era, 'reign of Queen Victoria' if we're talking about the Isles which we usually aren't because you're irrelevant and nobody likes you

In the US its generally only when referring to Britain. We do use it for architectural style and for dress though. In Columbus we have a neighborhood called Victorian Village, named for all the beautiful houses in that style.
In history though, 1830-1860 is generally called Antebellum and post-Civil War onwards is the Gilded Age
