4. Pay attention to clues that a woman is interested in you (e.g. they make excuses to hang around you, they mess with their hair when talking to you). If you suspect, ask a friend in common.
5. When you are sure you have your target, ask her out, or take an opportunity where you can talk in private and tell her you have feelings for her.
6. Don't waste time hanging out with her without making a move, otherwise she will only want to be friends later. Might as well risk rejection and move on to next one.
