What's the story with Bolivia? Every time I see a map like this, Bolivia sticks out like a sore thumb. This one is about infant mortality.
And this is the Gini coefficient (measure of inequality).
On this one it's comparable to Colombia, but in the past it has been the reddest.
Even adjusting for inequality it seems to be a basket case.
