A CANZUK Union makes sense first. The USA is 3 times larger than all the other Anglo countries combined, and the USA has a territorial empire, so if the other Anglo countries joined into union with the USA they'd just become territories in that empire.
It's would be like Japan joining into a union with China, it would just be annexation by China. Whereas Canada, Australia, the UK and New Zealand would be capable of having union where all the members are equal.
