They do weird little things like putting white looking people who know absolutely fuck nothing about the industry in charge of sales and damaging business relations just for image even tough the engineers were brown indio looking fucks simply because they think it'll make them look better for foreigners and don't want them thinking the company is staffed by "porbres indios". They're not even aware of how messed up it and say shit like "putting the better race forward as a public face". One of our former vinyl suppliers' salesmen went on a legit fucking rant about Germans fucking up for hiring "indians" to make ECU units after some company in Edomex got the supplier contract for the new BMW plant in SLP as he thought it was a European brand and should be staffed by European Mexicans. I think it's particularly ironic in the auto industry specifically as it's probably more brown than the general Mexican population.
