What are the significant differences between jews and that arabs living there?
By jews I mean real jews non westernized not those clusterfuck of european dna

"Real Jews" are Ashkenazim. They basically define Jewish culture, theology, and politics. Their European heritage does not make them any less Jewish.
However, you're correct that ancient Israelites were culturally and genetically very similar to neighboring peoples - Assyrians, Arabs, Egyptians.
