Quebec is literally bribed to stay in Canada. If Canada's economy doesn't improve, they won't be able to keep Quebec.
Alberta has nothing to gain from staying with Canada. BC won't let them build their oil pipe-line to the Pacific. The US won't let them build their oil pipeline to the Gulf of Mexico. They may try to become independent to have more negotiating leverage with both Canada and the US.
There is separatist sentiment in other provinces as well.

Not a chance. Both have economies closely tied to the provinces around them and to federal funds. Neither of them has their own currency nor the government structures needed to survive as their own nation-states, plus seceding from Canada would create massive political unrest that would scare away a lot of businesses and citizens from each province.
