Let's look up the websites of our capital cities.

Notice that top-tier countries (UK in this example) contain

>clean designs
>regularly updated
>fully mobile responsive

The shit-tier example (Nigeria) is

>10 years out of date
>barely updated
>confusing
>not mobile responsive

With this - we can determine the tier of a country through their capital cities official website

Another example

The Helsinki website demonstrates a prime example of classic Finnish design - up to date with current trends.

The Moscow website looks alright, but it's no longer 2005 - almost like they don't give a fuck what it looks like today? - as long as it has the relevant information...
