There are places in America that have culture(the South, New York, California, as shitty as it is) but most of it is culture free.
There is a massive difference between having lots of culture, and having a good culture.

I think Australia has a small yet rich culture, Aborigine culture has 60 000 years of stories, traditions, Australia has the most unique accent, dialect, and slang, the most unique flora and fauna, unique sports (Aussie Rules is older than Soccer lmao), iconically Australian cinema pieces such as Mad Max and Crocodile Dundee and a unique society from it's positive view of under dogs and battlers to it's solemn view on wars choosing to instead remember and respect Australians who have died in the most horrific and awry battles rather than glorify soldiers in their most glorious feats on the battle field.
