That's not what I consider to be a native language honestly, but I understand what you mean.
No the bretons don't have any accent at all, we speak a french similar to the one spoken in Paris, the "regular" french. It's because we were one of the last part of France where the french language was introduced, and so we copied it. We have some weird slang tho

Not really accents, it's just the way french and french dialects used to be pronounced with rolled r's, and it eventualy replaced by the current guttural R in the 18th century, but was still used by some people until the early 19th century I'd say.
