Seen it, they're not following the teachings of modern Catholicism. They're just integrist nationalists. It's not an official church event. The diocese where I live is one of the biggest organizers of refugees. The Catholic Church in America is quite possibly the largest proponent of pro-amnesty/pro-illegal immigration laws. Pope Francis condemns these people but again I don't expect papists to actually believe any of it or follow their unbiblical traditions.
