You'll need a few bites, even out most venomous spider's bite is below the LD50 for their toxin, and that one's only in Sydney. Our second most venomous (Redback) would take about 10 spiders biting at the same time to kill an average person.

I believe the bite is ever so slightly below the LD50, so one bite would kill anyone from the weaker half of the population.
I mean I sure as hell wouldn't want to be bitten by one, but even so the last recorded death was in the 80s. Since we don't have funnel webs in Victoria, many hospitals don't even routinely give antivenom to people who come in with a spider bite and without neurological symptoms (that shit's expensive)
