For how much can you get a decent phone plan in your country?
The cheapest deal I've found around here is 400mb of data (LTE enabled) + 100 minutes of voice for 10000 pesos (around 3 USD)

Any amount of information smaller than a bit is nonsensical.
If the number was a multiple of 1000 or characterized bitrate, maybe I'd see it, but by itself '400 milibits of data' is idiocy.
