I'd say 6 out of every 10 women are attractive. That doesn't mean hot, but it means at least mentally stable and physically enticing enough to be considered good enough to reproduce with if you had to.
If you're asking about how many women here are hot, I'd say near 15% for the 8/10-9/10 range and 1% for 10/10. If you're at least a 6/10 male it's not that hard to date above your range either if you're interesting. Even highly attractive women aren't very hard to approach if you have common interests. They're just super rare.
