What the Post-American world needs to get used of is that "Alliances" (as in vassaldom under the US) will be a thing of the past. Nations do not ally with each other, but only have interests that can be mutual or to each other's detriment.
China and Russia are in such a relationship, and I'd say this is much more sustainable than the Lord-Vassal relationship between the US and their European 'allies', as Russia and China will never draw each other into unecessary conflicts that will wreck both in the end, unlike how Europe followed the Amerifat into the abyss of wars, destabilization and intervention, leading to the refugee crisis we have now.
Multipolarism means that countries can say no to their 'ally' if they want to pick up a fight that isnt our's. And this is something we really need these days.

Ehh the industrial revolution certainly did fuck with our environment a lot, but the feudalism that came before it wasn't good for us either. Most people were still very poor in feudalism, as in they didn't have their nutritional needs met as well and it was really bad for our psychological health too. I'd say the industrial revolution was a good thing because it only worsened living conditions temporarily. And because of it, people became so productive that we can specialize in so many more jobs, like anthropology and psychology stuff so that we know what exactly is wrong with our society and can try to fix it. Hell, the problem is becoming that we're so productive that we might not have enough jobs for everybody in the future.

There was a dark age for a few centuries and then the sea niggers became civilized and built an even greater society. This cycle that civilization goes through since the late bronze age collapse is why everything is so shit now, because society is collapsing again. This time, it's even worse than the last 2 because the geographical pattern we've been following is over. The first civilizations were of the middle east. The second were in southern Europe and the third civilizations are in northern Europe. There's nothing farther north to invade south. There's no arctic neanderthal people invading the people of northern Europe. This time, because of fucking geographical limitations, we have non-caucasoid races and socially/genetically degenerated caucasoid peoples invading.
