How does /int/ learn their languages?
Here's my slice of autism: I snatch subtitles for my favorite TV shows and align them on Excel to gain vocabulary and grammar points.

I use Assimil and Lang-8 to get a basis in reading/writing.
Then I pretty much just read the news and play vidya in the language for a while.

That's simply the subtitle-maker's interpretation. In fact, in English it could have been heard as either a question or a statement.
