There are cities in England that are so disgusting that you can't even find nice areas inside it, Coventry for example. There are also areas in York that you could use to make it look like a shit hole, like around the Art Gallery (I'm from York), and there are places in Hull that you could use to convince people that it's some wonderful place, like this.
