Do you think it is a good decision to settle down in Japan as a engineer from Germany? I already lived and worked in Tokyo for around 2 years. The payment is lower and I have less holiday. Nevertheless I was more happy than here in Germany. Someone knows how the future over there looks like?

Because /l/ and /r/ don't exist in Japanese, but they do have a sound that's kinda somewhere between the two. A lot of Japanese people don't recognise them as distinct phonemes.
