This is actually an interesting theory. Have you analysed anything other than the vocabulary? Unfortunately there are milennia between Basque and Sumerian, so the language might have changed beyond any recognition. What kind of relation are you implying between the two? Do you think they're part of a language family, or that Basque is a descendant of Sumerian?
Words like agar / agirre or ada / aita are found in other language families (ager - latin - field ; ata - turkish languages - father; atta - latin - father)
Basque is an ergative-absolutive language just like Sumerian so that's a plus for you.
