Thanks I am currently jobless but getting $250 a fortnight while looking for jobs so I should put that to good use and get a personal trainer I'd say I'm more then just chubby my gut is quite big and I have large man boobs but I think eating less calories no more chips, takeaway etc will help me I can make excuses but in the end I just eat that shit cause it's easy thanks for the replying. :)

I don't know about OP, bit I weighted 114kg when I turned 18. I'm 181cm.
I was always a bit chubby even when I was kid, got tired of it, started doing rugby at 11. I transformed the fat into muscles early, but I was always "strong fat".
But then in the last two years of highschool I stopped doing rugby and sports in general. Too busy with school, I had grown tired of it. But I still ate as much I did when I did rugby, which was a lot, especially since I did my own cooking. And I had a gf who loved cooking and cooked often for me.
I gradually lost muscles, and while I was always "heavy", I just became fat. But I didn't notice it. My gf didn't mind, and I felt better, freer because I didn't have a shit ton of training almost every day.
After graduation, I realised I had lost a lot of stamina. Decided to lose weight. Made less and more healthy food, asked my gf to make less delicious but unhealthy food, started swimming, did some lifting and running, and started doing rugby again, but only the week end, with friends.
Now I'm 21, and I weight 90kg. I'm not /fit/ or anything, never took lifting seriously enough for that, but I'm a lot more healthy.
