has american imperialism washed your brain enough that you can draw a semi-accurate map?
>>51623347
I'm curious, how does it feel knowing that the music you listen to, the clothes you wear, the movies you watch, and so much more, have been completely subsumed to American culture?
>>51623791
that's a feeling i'm not feeling since I don't watch capeshit, listen to buttrock or wear fuccboi apparel
>tfw eating a potatoe omelette while listening to norwegian black metal while wearing a canadian band t-shirt in a room with a Tarkovsky poster

>>51623347
I can name all 50 state capitals, drawning a map would be easy
>>51623791
Pretty good desu
Although Australia does make a lot of music that isn't sent overseas. I'd say about 50% of the music you hear on the radio in Australia is Australian.
>>51624089
>metal
Metal wouldn't exist without America. This is exactly what I'm talking about. Pretty much all modern music is American in origin.
>t-shirt
Also American. Let me guess, you're wearing jeans, too?
>MFW CHICKEN
>MFW RIGHT NEXT TO VIRGIN
>>51624318
>I'd say about 50% of the music you hear on the radio in Australia is Australian.
I'm not necessarily talking about the bands or artists themselves. I'm talking about the genres. I'm guessing that most of the music you probably hear every day around you is pop or rock, which are both American.
>>51624318
>I'd say about 50% of the music you hear on the radio in Australia is Australian
That's a whole lot of Men at Work.
>>51624373
your whole nation was built by spanish french and british people

no
>the clothes you wear
yes
>the movies you watch
it's 2015 and you watch movies?
>>51624216
Really? I highly doubt you're wearing a poncho and a sombrero. You're probably wearing clothing of a style that originated in the US. You probably listen to rock, pop, rap, or a musical style that is a direct descendant of those. The list goes on.
>>51624373
America wouldn't exist if it wasn't for Europe desu
>>51624529
>>51624485

Obviously, I'm right and it makes you so all so angry. Your cultures have all gotten a thorough dose of Americanization, and there's really nothing you can do about it now.
>That Wisconsin
Just my fuck shit up
>>51624437
Fair enough America has definitely been the largest driver of Western culture in the past 100 years but you're acting like the rest of the West hasn't contributed or influenced anything
>>51624823
i'm really not angry, I just have this deep feeling of pity towards you and your country
there's nothing we can do to stop you from being the most retarded population on earth
it's very sad
>>51624898
>most retarded population on earth
The population that invented airplanes, lasers, telephones, the internet, built the largest and most diversified economy on Earth in less than 300 years, and won the Cold War is retarded? Huh. That's interesting.
>>51624479
>built by spanish french and british people
We've been a much more diverse Euro mix than that for a long time now. It's not like the first guys who showed up built the country into a super power. That's happened quickly over the course of the past century. The Spanish had little to do with it and most of the original French got pushed up into Canada.
I made this a while ago and don't feel like redrawing it.

Norwegian black metal, the cinema of Tarkovsky, and modern Canadian culture are incredibly derivative of the customs of the United States
>>51624318
Australian music is pretty fucking rad
You guys don't have a ton of technically interesting musicians, but your artists are still (on average) more talented than ours.
Courtney Barnett is brilliant, though. The Cat Empire is also great.

I probably know the European countries by heart, but not the us states.
Spent 15 minutes looking at a map remembering all the little border details I got wrong on my blind paint attempt. The area where the south, mid west and north east meet is by far the most fucked up to remember, Kentucky is like three times the size It's meant to be
>>51626429
Thank you big strong American hopefully I spelt your state and capital correctly.

Clothing mostly comes from Europe, specifically Milan, Paris and London, and to a lesser degree from New York.
Music? I kind of agree, even though most of what I listen comes from the U.K.
Don't try to ignore british music, I mean, the fucking beatles.
Movies? Yes. But again, it isn't as if the rest of the world don't produce their own movies.
