I've definitely thought of returning to school, but I find myself becoming more lethargic every day.
In the past the whole experience of being away from home really wasn't a great one for me either.
As an undergrad I made friends, partied, made decebt grades... the usual stuff. Everything was going well.
Then, like a switch flipped in my life, about six months into postgrad, I became increasingly suicidal and eventually dropped out. I moved back home and the last year and a half of moping and thinking about my own death is history.
As a firearms fanatic, if it weren't for my dog and handle of people that are masochistic enough to actually enjoy someone like me, I would have tried something more drastic than drain-o by now.

It's insane how much some people in the industry make for what little amount of work they do. One is an accountant for one of the worst performing shows on ABC and pulls in like $3 grand per week. Other dude is a project coordinator, which basically means he just parrots whatever the director says and talking to set construction and he made enough to flat out buy a new 660i cash after a few months of his first job. The difference between rich and poor people isn't very big in the Netherlands because we're quite egalitarian and rich people rarely show their wealth. The house locations just get better and people get less worries.
People from rich areas tend have a different accent and look like slimeballs, but you also have poor people from those areas.

I spent college with 30% of the class being upper class.

Oddly enough almost everyone I know has been rich. I come from a very average family, often having little to no money, but sometimes getting some extra money that I always put in my hobbies.
The rich people I know and have known always had one common trait. They would always try to save on some really weird things and generally be really stingy and then suddenly spending 1000euros on something completely stupid in a whim. They would often offer me some tiny things to do for money like build a computer or cut their grass and they would pay a reasonable amount for simple things. I never really asked money or expected any from them despite sometimes not having money even for food. I guess my pride got in the way each time, but its also what kept them around me. I did get some month or two long jobs from them which paid really well though. My PC/music hobbies are expensive so those offers are always a blessing, netting a few K's in a month or so for helping out with their personal projects or whatnot. I never ask for said jobs, they just sometimes offer stuff because they know Im reliable and I do what Im being paid to do.
Unfortunately they are all weird simpletons in a way and I have no real desire to be good friends with them. Their views on things are really "normie" and they are kind of awkward to be around for too long. I dont exactly fit in nor do I wish to. I dont know why I keep running into rich people.
