general just confirmed that they were not bombing the ISIS oil delivery trucks as hard as they could be because they don't consider the truck drivers enemy combatants - so they were literally dropping messages or pamphlets down to the drivers that said to get out of the truck and move away so they could blow it up

For now they just dont want Syrian regime as a direct enemy. It will mean that Russia annex their lands. Also you can be sure that when regime have border with Kurds, they will fight.
