How much do movie tickets cost in your country? And snacks?
I live in a rather small town so they're $2 here (on the premiere night, prices drop later). I really lucked out because they're cheap but the picture quality in my cinema is actually god-tier, newly built and all
Big popcorn is $1 the last time I checked
Cola is $0.50 (which is a fucking lot, the cinema prices are higher than usual)
The shower ticket is usually $0.50 but it's free if you passed the penis inspection on the first try

Went to the theater two nights ago, if I remember, 9.25 to get in, large popcorn was 8.09 and a large soda was 5.00.

It usually costs between €7 and €9, depending on length or whether or not you watch it in 3D. Tickets in cinema chains also are more expensive (around €10 for a basic movie).
Don't really know about snacks, I usually bring my own.

around 6€ for a movie, 2€ for a popcorn (but it's way more than that in cinema city)
i sneak popcorn and coke in anyway because i counted it and it's about 12x times cheaper + i can drown it in salt
Tried to go see the new Bond but they had the no singles police even at that premiere
ended up watching some art film in the theater next to it and crying in the dark as the sounds from the Bond movie could be heard through the wall

BEFORE overpriced popcorn and soft drinks. Fuck, in my local theatre they sell a 500 ml bottle of water for 2.3$! This is pretty insane! It's like... Uh... Another something... I can't quite recall.
