How are fat/obese people seen in your country?
How common are they?
Austria is one of the thinnest countries in Europe. There are many active people so we don't really have fat/obese people duch as america beacuse we also dont have that many fast food places or huge portions. Of course there are overweight people which get made fun of but not as much as a really fat person.
Aren't we like 4th fattest in Europe or something?
I don't think anyone really cares anymore, all hope is gone.

Just avoid soda and candy and eat "normal" food and you're set. You have to realize people use food as a crutch to get through the day, carbs increase dopamine, back in the day you'd just drink or fight or fug :D

Bleh eating "well" is one of the hardest things, they say you should avoid carbs (like pasta and bread) but those are so fucking easy food. It takes me 2minutes to make a sandwich, or 10mins for my pasta to cook. I can't make anything as tasty with veggies only.
