Also Daugavpils looks poor as hell. Haven't been to Riga though, maybe it looks better, nevertheless Latvia didn't make an impression on me. Maybe even slightly negative, considering that they were the richest part of the Soviet Union with a relatively opulent society, especially comparing to Poland

Oh, Livonia! I finished school more than 10 years ago. We had that fight with knights on a frozen lake. All Balts are mixed in my head, I just know we had a Lithuanian princein Pskov and you all have cool accents.
