It's not possible for communities to get along with each other when they are like night and day. It leads to ghettos and separatist behavior. It's not one big community where everyone can coexist. There will be too many differences and you can't please everyone that way. USA is different because it has been like that since the beginning.

There's a difference between the multiculturalism of the U.S that was induced by immigration and the multiculturalism of Austria that was induced by controlling multiple homelands. In America, the native culture was the overwhelming majority and they could be found everywhere. Even then, it's not a complete success considering the self segregation amongst blacks and latinos. Only degenerates promote "multiculturalism". USA have always had and will always have racial problems because of that. Earth is already multiracial, but what's great is to see diversity over the world, not what multiculturalism wants to promote, that is mixing. Of coure it's good racial mixing, but only a small amount.
