Neck is way too long. Head is too small for body. Hand is way too big as well. Proportions all around off.

the neck is too long, the hand is too big and just generally fucked looking, the overlap between the forearm and upper arm looks wrong, he has weird droopy shoulders and it is shit. Apart from that it seems fine though.
