What do we draw?
>Whatever you want. At this point there's no required topic so draw your heart out. Make sure you submit at least a half hour of work or you may get a low effort warning.
What's a low effort warning?
>The goal is to get people to draw every day by turning it into a competition. The low effort warning system is to prevent people from posting last minute, quick sketches when they're feeling lazy. If you receive a warning and it happens again within a month you'll be eliminated.
>This rule has been the cause of a lot of concern amongst newer artists so let me reiterate: this system is to police low effort content and has nothing to do with the quality of the work. New artists are more than welcome.
What happens if I'm eliminated?
>A new Last Artist Standing challenge starts every week. If you get eliminated then get it together and rejoin next week.
How can there be a new Last Artist Standing challenge every week?
>This is a way to let new artists join in and to allow re-entry for the eliminated. Every week a new challenge is started. If you joined on week 1 and make it to week 2 then your daily submission counts for both the first and second Last Artist Standing. If you get eliminated then you're eliminated from both challenges and you'll be able to rejoin next week.
Will I have an advantage if I join later in the week?
>The winner of a Last Artist Standing will be the artist with the longest streak. If you join on day 1 and last until day 85 then you'll have a streak of 85. If there's only one person left in the challenge when you're eliminated but they joined on Day 7 then they'll need to continue on for another week. If they're eliminated before then, you win.

Think I got crits more just because the eval guy stopped on me and we were waiting for a few days to see if they'd post or not. alm0nde, when I looked through your submissions one thing I noticed is that if you start studying something, like legs, or feet, you usually do it for a day or two and then abandon it, and then sometimes come back to it weeks later because you still can't get it right. So my suggestion would be to actually focus on a single subject, and when you study, study that one thing until it you've properly grasped and memorized it.
As to your latest submission, there are some things that look off about the person. First thing, the face looks quite manly. I don't really have a recommendation on how to make it more feminine, as I'm not that great with faces myself, perhaps some other anons can suggest. Second thing is the pose, it looks a little odd. Her left arm seems to be too high up, so maybe it would be better if you referenced it some more (pic related), especially if it's supposed to be a bit more polished piece.

As for finished pieces, I don't do them because I draw too slowly and would rather put time into studying. alm0nde, I'd say even more perspective studies would be a good idea. Even if you want to be an animator you'll still be having objects and characters move along the z axis / further and closer with depth, so it'll be useful. Not to mention it helping you turn forms in space better.
Your lines could definitely use work too, but don't be afraid to do a messy sketch on one layer and then do smoother confident lines on one above that, using the faint messy one as a basic guide. Even guys with beautiful lines like Bumskee and Catbib do it like that.
I'd personally like to see more color and painted works but since you're aiming for animation I don't suppose it's that important, so spend that time focusing on gesture and weight instead. Weight is overlooked a lot here for general figure drawing and such, but if you're animating someone or something then showing how light or heavy they move can really help make things convincing. I also suggest you listen to and study the pros as much as you can, especially the traditional ones. You might just want to animate qt anime waifus but knowing the traditional principles will still help.

I see you've started studying Hampton and your figures have turned out a lot better since then. Keep up with that. Secondly, you do a lot of gestures, but that practice isn't translating into your drawings. I'd say to do maybe 15-20 gestures for practice, then build a few of them into full studies. 40 gestures per session is overkill and seems to be more for your comfort zone than practice.
Your line control is sketchy, but precise. Do a few line exercises to build up more confidence, sketchy lines are still fine for gestures and feeling out forms.
The perspective box figures is a good way to practice, but I think you need to do a few from reference. The perspective of the figure doesn't always follow the perspective of the box. If you're unsure, draw the character from a front/side view, break that into boxes, then build those boxes in perspective from your desired angle. And I'm not sure what your experience with basic perspective is, but if you haven't, you should study that alongside figure drawing.
Would also love to see a background somewhere, or really something other than a posed figure. Work up to that. A full drawing here and there would help flex your creative muscles.

He could be doing what >>2496012 said and it also looks like he used his mouse for this one. As for fundamentals, you can kinda see that he understands perspective a lot better than he's letting on. His previous submissions have no perspective at all but you can see some perspective on the lawn chair thing in his latest one. Maybe he just started learning but it is possible that he's hiding his true power level. maybe he'll gradually improve until he gets pro tier to make us all feel bad about our progress.
