First, I think you need to establish a stronger foreground.
Secondly, I think one of the things that takes the depth away is the lack of a focal point. Technically this could easily be fixed with some well-placed colour and lighting, but at this stage because there are lots of subjects, it serves to kind of flattens the image if that makes sense? I'm not sure where I'm supposed to be looking, I assume that the walking character is the protagonist but it's not visually obvious.

Probably because I didn't consider drawing the rest of the torso\back\arm muscles. I'm, like, not particularly knowledgeable about most of them. There is also back muscles that connect to the arm, I'm still collecting decent references how those damn things look from the front and side in different arm positions. Still working out the gradient maps.
Initially it was a lot more blue, but as I started to work it out, I realized I wanted a lot more color to it.
It's supposed to be very trippy and colorful, like a kaleidoscope, or an acid trip. Once I have the gradient maps laid out as I want them and polished, I'll flatten the image and paint it over to make sure everything is as its supposed to be.
Right now I'm just working out the general tones over everything and seeing how it reads overall.

/ic/ is easily one of the worst art communities on the web. Go to cubebrush or sycra if you want a more wholesome place with cool people trying to learn together.
The only perks of /ic/ is the quick response rate is useful, and there's a ton of free and solid resources. Like with /fit/ people here know the proper steps toward learning, and you have a handful of very talented people posting.
However, like with /fit/, if you only go to the 4chan forum, you're bound to get dragged down by the negativity eventually.
Either way, you should be posting or trying to be a part of the community, you should be drawing and posting art.
I literally don't bother to pay attention to all the bullshit drama that goes on here. This place is full of trolls trying to make people feel bad and quit.

Nope. I don't think so. Shitposting is strong here, right. But still, positive feedback is more than 60%. Meanwhile my native Russian imageboard is real shithole. I have a steady income due to some lucky investments I made when I was younger, so I've been thinking of renting an office nearby with no internet connection and spending 8 hours a day there for a year, doing nothing but drawing. If that doesn't work, I don't know what will.
