Bingo, in Canada we have the outer part of the pack covered with warnings from health Canada. Every one of those leaves is a seal with the same tech as currency for anti counterfeiting.
The leaves are different for every provinces, these are from Saskatchewan (one from AB). The signage is pulled from vinyl cuts at a local sign printer and the centrepiece material is from street posters and a art book by local contemporary artists.
