I really like this. Subtle things like the glow on her finger or the way you've differentiated the material of her stockings, shoes and and shirt that are otherwise a very similar color through skillful rendering. Awesome!
That said, the background doesn't seem to live up to the rest of the piece. Those huge conspicuous brush strokes, particularly those overlapping the "vortex" that look unintentional leave a bit to be desired considering how pretty the witch is and how much care you've taken with here. Nonetheless, good work.

The hips in the second one in particular are asymmetrical, and it looks more like her legs are sprouting at different angles than it looks like her actual hips are tilted.

Arms are too short, remember that the wrist lands at about the same spot as the gooch and if her arms were extended downwards I don't think they'd quite make it. The elbow should be placed a bit lower, deltoid muscles should taper off about where the bottom-third of the pectoral muscles end up, and the tits look just a bit too high.

You're right about the hands, I wasn't necessarily counting it against you (it was obviously intentional) but their being that size and their being portrayed as normal leather gloves she's wearing on her 6 times larger than normal hands kind of came across as strange to me in that moment. I've always read them as meaty gauntlets or something that alludes to their being a bulky extension to the hands rather than something covering giant hands. WITH THAT SAID that is my interpretation, that doesn't make it right; you have to take out of the reference what you want and be confident in yourself and your vision, my nigga
