Yes, the hands needs to be revised as well as the curvature of the eyelashes.
However I'm really puzzled on why you think her cheek is deformed, I think the face mask should have some irregular folds (some that dont even describe what is underneath) due to its material, wrapping around and hand pressure.

First of all, the painting isn't done yet and it's not a collage. My progresstion usually looks horrid before it gets better because I plot down colors to work with. I taught myself to work with stencils and spraypaint, and currently trying to break that stencil technique-bond because it is too tedious and I want to get to do the shit freehand like the spraypaint artist on youtube how they make pictues of space and planets within 30minutes. It's my first time freehanding paint.
This poster already took me over a month because I work 12hr shifts and really have no time off to do much.
I might transfer over to airbrushing for the winter months but working with spraypaints is too satisfying to completely leave.

Mine rocked so hard that the solders broke. Now I am using the metal frame of an old glass computer table as the base of the glass top(look closely).

It's not a requirement or anything but it's a way to train your eye to be able to accurately distinguish the different hues, it makes you a better artist in the traditional sense since you can't really color pick when painting irl.

I think the hair is indeed messing the perception but the reference also has other visual cues like values that are crucial in creating a sense of believability in this problematic pose
Unfortunately I'm not at a level in which I could advise a solution other than try to render it to match the reference much more closely (almost like it was a study) or lower and/or cover the left arm.

I'd suggest working on your construction a bit more before you start rendering, a good way to get proportions right is measuring with your eyes (so to speak), as stereotypical as it is, this is the reason why artists hold their thumb/pencil/brush up in cartoons.

I bought toned paper earlier today for the first time. It's fun, but I'm not used to adding highlights as a layer rather than implying them with an eraser on white paper.

The scan quality destroyed so much of the finer details of this piece, sadly. Your highlights could better integrated into the piece, they look scratchy and thin, while your other values are very blended. The skull doesn't feel very bone like, either, because what is blended is very very smoothly blended. So make a compromise between the two looks and you'll be in the money.

No construction, still don't understand much about it or how to apply it.
Every time I drew the lower lip it looked completley wrong and i endet up implying it with that line. Its hard to sugest details using hard lines.
