I would kinda say the Korra one is better, honestly. At least it's closer to having proper proportions and anatomy, even if the gesture and perspective need work. Korra's leg looks at least a little like it's coming towards the viewer, Velma's leg looks like it's pointing straight down and it's just really fat, and her boobs look pressed out to the sides and that arm... there's no depth achieved anywhere in it. The only thing it's got going for it is nicer line nuances. They are both still about the same level though, but I think they're just on the other side of pure symbol drawing. I have a feeling the Korra one just looks like that mostly because of heavily referencing the characters. Both could be improved with better construction and practicing building figures from gesture.

The right upper arm's length and abdomen should be forshortened. Adjust the forearm of the right hand, after you forshorten upper arm and abdomen. Study knees and vaginas; maybe hands too. Idk what you're trying to do with the shoulder girdle and nipples. The plane, the one outlined in red, should give you an idea of perspective.

I already somewhat started coloring it when I post the lines on other thread so I kept it. I did however tried using basic perspective and it didn't look too different to me except slightly better but more stiff, also neck does look right but I looked it enough that I can't make any good points or distinguish if it's not complete shit.

Baseline, we all need to get better at drawing. That's why we're all in this thread, right? By posting anything in this thread we are admitting "hey, this image has flaws and I need help working them out"
By just giving a blanket response of "hey work on this and that," you are telling him stuff he already knows and is aware of by virtue of being in this thread in the first place.
You have to take these things case by case, step by step. Pinpoint where the problem areas are and what they can do to fix it. Learn about drawing 3D forms, there is absolutely no point in talking about anatomy right now. You just drawing outlines. Like feet don't make logical connection with legs. Gesture is what you want to train, to git gud at this.
The more gesture training you do, the more your lineart will be confident and the more life your poses and expressions will have.
But to be able to do good gesture you have to internalize anatomy and perspective. You can achieve this by learning construction through studies, first from references and later on from memory.
All these fundamentals are essential to good character illustration, which is the mother of porn art.
And this is what 99% of people in these threads don't understand. Instead they rather learn how to render/color first, so that they can polish turds instead of trying to give life and appeal to their art.

not talking about lineart, but gesture in general, I noticed after too much Loomis (tm) and training nothing but anatomy and muscle placement that my art became stiff because of a complete lack of training in gesture, so I am starting to go after this now, first by reading Vilppu and doing some quick gesture drawings, it´s like starting all over again.

I use mangastudiio, SAI and PS. When I draw lines everything is wobbly and disgusting so a resort to chicken scratch. It just gets annoying that one perfect line can't be the way I want it to be. And my shit lines make inking things have bad line weight like early episodes on Ed Edd n' Eddy.

if I can give you a tip it´s this one, draw lineart on a multiply layer, draw with black, erase with white, this way you will have an eraser that is consistent with the lines you are drawing.

I've called people out plenty of times for just saying "it's shit" because yeah that is bullshit. I'm not a typical crit. guy, but from what I see:
-That perspective could probably use a bit more z-axis spacing and less x-axis spacing (for the top half of the body).
-Show slightly more torso. It looks like her the top and bottom halves are there, but the connection between the two is either not there or really small, as if it’s a super-stylized drawing I don’t know.
-Go for some harder lines overall?
This is just my “subjective” opinion on the problems. Not sure if it’ll make things look better generally, if you addressed my issues, but it’s what I‘d consider changing at least. Despite all that, it’s not bad, but also not great. Keep up the good work though.

the hands are too big, it's common for kids but not that big. There is form but it's not easy to tell, add some form other than just the outline

The face is not constructed properly and it's just a collage of symbols copied from DQ/Toriyama. The body is just proof of that, since it is totally flat and again a collage of different body parts that don't have a common perspective (just as the face symbols).
