Who work full time and practice on the side here? Post job, practice routine, goal.

I'm a beginner, generally I study anatomy, perspective and gather references.

I spend most days doing some gestures, trying to work on fundamentals.
Occasionally do something more long-form but 90% of my stuff right now is sketch.

Goal is to illustrate this story I've been developing (probably as a comic) and get proficient enough to not need an artist for my side projects.

I work 3 days a week so not full time, was full time a few months ago though.

I literally just draw during any free time when I have the energy. Keep a sketchbook in my locker for lunch breaks.
We're not allowed to have paper/pens at desk for stupid security reasons, but so far I've gotten away with bringing supersculpy to work (call centers are retarded but hey, no rules against clay)

I've gotten pretty good at drawing with a mouse desu. Sometimes I'll do color/screencap studies from google images or paint my desk.
Most of the day it's too busy to do anything though

After work I usually can't draw for more than 90 minutes.
Days off I paint between 3-8 hours depending
