Don't click the palette-selfy button. I mean, you can, but it just makes everything unnecessary and confusing.
There are two painting options, Shi-Painter Normal, and Shi-Painter Pro.
Normal is what you'd expect, Pro is a little more advanced, not too advanced, but you have to know what you're doing... kinda.
With Pro, you can move ALL the windows around, but you can't do that in Normal.
If you're using a tablet, you should download a program called 'jtablet' from google. It helps with pressure sensitivity, if you're into that.
There's a new fix in another thread that allows for uploads now.

Yeah, you won't be able to see old animations pre-fix. For some reason, that's how this works, as I've found out.
The old animations don't work with the new fix.
Sucks.
The new animations post fix, however, do work. So, you'll be able to watch those. I just viewed one.

I'm not good, I aim for a minimalist style to avoid showing what it's really like. Video games use art direction as a means to hide hardware shortcomings, so I go for minimalism to hide my shortcomings.
Then again, I like to try doing copies of certain pictures, like the janitor, to see how much I'll mangle the design. I wasn't thinking, but I should've wrote "le volunteer face" in the bottom with a red marker, but that would come out like shite, so.
