I don't think pulling on your foreskin is going to work, the slot in the front is a lot narrower than in the CB range and the cage is thicker. I didn't have much trouble getting into it desu. Like I said, measure when flaccid. So your average day-to-day dick flaccidity. Not when it's freezing cold and shrivelled up and not when you're semi hard. Just measure when it's 'normal'.
Measure around the base if you think you won't fit in the standard ring.

I've got zero experience with catheters, researched it and it didn't seem worth it.
just got a cage and a few issues:
'accidentally' found out I could escape.
At first I was all panicky putting JUST the ring on, cuz I got hard and the blood wouldnt leave my dick. I thought the ring was too small.
Eventually I realized, it wasn't at all. In fact, it might actually be too big.
Other issues - the cage is actually poorly designe (one of those knock-offs) I had to bend it a bit to solve a pinching issue.
But I can pull my flaccid dick out with relative ease. Then, the testicles come out rather easy too. But I bent the metal ring slightly so that the gap is smaller and testicles wont be able to come out,
But basically, its easy to get my dick out. I havent tried to pull my testes out, but anyways, If i can get my dick out, i'd be able to get it back in too.
Which really pissed me off. For some reason I thought it would be impossible to do it. Which made me realize the only way to secure it would to have something that goes around my body and pulls the cage towards me, or, a PA peircing.
So what now? I've looked at a lot of cages and no doubt I would run into the same issues in terms of security.
Are there any cages that are seriously secure? And cheap? And without a fucking ureathra thing, because I'm not ready to do that yet. Shit scares me. Especially the hygeine issues.
And also - cages that won't 'fully' stop an erection? And that isn't to small, but still secure (like i mentioned - not able to pull out penis). I'm looking to do long term (few days or so) so it needs to be comfortable at night - and the penis needs to be at least somewhat able to become erect at night to prevent any health issues.
Help me out guys.

If you don't want a piercing or insert, you could make it tamper-evident by getting a piece of vinyl ribbon, have your keyholder scribble something on it, tie one end behind your head, the other towards the front of the cage, and snip off all excess.

you can wrap a soft material around the ring to reduce the inside diameter. avoid anything pinchy and porous. I used nylon rope and it worked well, pretty porous though. not a long-wear solution.
the birdlocked might be good for you. as far as erections go--too bad. you'll get used to it. not having them is the point. nighttime is tough but if you can get used to wearing it for a day you can start wearing it at night and see how it goes. weekends are best because you don't have to sleep as well as if you have work in the morning or whatever. avoid being well hydrated at night as a filling bladder tends to cause erections.
