Which country makes/made your favorite propaganda, /his/? Personally, I'm a big fan of Vietnamese propaganda. Propaganda from communist nations has always fascinated me, and I feel that the French influence on Vietnam's propaganda art give it a liveliness and abstractness that's missing from Soviet, Chinese, and (especially) North Korean propaganda art. Additionally, it often seems like the Vietnamese were really trying to play up the "Uncle Ho" image of Ho Chi Minh (approachable, simple, a man of the people, etc.), as opposed to say, Chinese propaganda, which largely focused on turning Mao into an outright god-like figure.
Probably the U.S. just because the sheer quantity of it means there's a lot of entertaining posters. Some famous Soviet propaganda is hilarious too.
As far as aesthetic/cultural value goes, Germany, easily. Of course it's all bravado and self-aggrandizing bullshit, but that adds an ironic value to it.

I think I dislike Italian propaganda the most.
A lot of countries have likened themselves to the Romans in propaganda throughout the last millennium, yet somehow modern Italian propaganda likening its soldiers to legionaries manages to be some of the tackiest propaganda around. Honestly, every example I've seen is so ham-fisted.

Also, the Vietnamse word for "Emperor" is Vua which just means Monarch in simplest terms. Translations of Vietnamese have translated it into Emperor but in Vietnam there isn't really a distinction between "Emperor" or "King". I think that Vietnam having such a Chinese influenced culture just made westerners translate it into Emperor because that's what they did for the Chinese monarchs.
For example, there's an artillery piece at the Vietnam War museum in Saigon that has Vua chiến trường on the barrel. That phrase means King of the Battlefield.
