2. How can I open those scenes..
For kitchen scene - let her wear only apron before going to sleep;
For outside scene - equip Sylvie with frilly dress, go to the forest and look around for several times;
For denial scene - don't have any sex with her for several days. The more times you refuse her, the more lewd scene you get;
For blowjob scene - level up her lust;
For the first second page scene - level up her lust to 200+, then leave the house alone and return. Then level up to 400 and make her wear shirt before bed;
For the second second page scene - have a high lust and deny her twice, then work with her till evening;

At least part of the fault does lie with him. A while back he went to update the Tyrano core and found that the dev had reversed the order of loaded textures. Since the way he'd been layering stuff was literally just 'load x load y load z' ad infinitum on top of one another, it completely broke pretty much everything.
Faced with either properly coding image layer order from scratch or just not updating Tyrano, he went with the latter...until Tyrano's dev put in a switch that let you choose whether it was top-down or bottom-up layer processing, at which point he updated (setting it to work the same way it had before).
I doubt Tyrano is particularly graceful to begin with when asked to slap all these images on top of one another, but there is certainly optimization to be had in the game itself as far as loading and layering them goes.

Animated H-scenes as a focus will probably never happen. However, you might get a few as a 'bonus' later on since Ray's messed around with animations in Tyrano and they seemed to work well enough. He just doesn't want to make animations for every possible article of clothing for every scene.

Your lower icons are misaligned, making me think you're loading a save from a previous version then immediately trying to use the talk system (or you tried to install the 1.5 modpatch onto a version older than 1.5). Instead, load your save, click 'Memories', then click 'Back', then re-save. The buttons on the bottom of the screen should be properly aligned, and the talk system should work.
