I thought as much. I only started "reading" eroge recently, but it's probably the biggest turn on for me, so it's a real shame most of the best content is locked behind a language barrier. One playthrough and I'm good for days, but yeah, I really can't justify learning Japanese. Basic words and grammar, yeah, I could get into that, but since LNs and the like are read, you need kanji, and I really don't know anyone from or have any relation to Japan. And I certainly don't have time to go through tons and tons of exercises to learn kanji.
