To answer your question: Euphoria has an awesome story and there's not that much scat (around one scene per route / girl). You can also turn off seeing it in the options. We also have a Euphoria thread atm. It's primarily focused on dominating / raping the girls, but it's really nothing compared to stuff like Maggot Baits. Definitely don't skip scenes there, as the story is extremely good for a Nukige.
I haven't really touched Starless since I'm still waiting for the text patch, but judging from the CGs and from what I've heard it has a shit ton of Scat (heh) and the story itself is pretty bad with lots of bad endings and not a single revenge ending. Not comparable to Bible Black. It does have good sex scenes, but they are extremely long and full of femdom, so if that's not your thing, better ignore it.

The content restoration patch was released even before the game was out. Normally, the scat, bestiality and one guro scenes weren't displayed. The patch made the content visible again.
They had another patch a few weeks later that fixed some pixel censors and promised to do another one that fixed the hundreds of typos. It's been 6 months and there's still nothing in that regard because JAST can't get their shit together. I won't pay them 50 $ again.
The tremendous amount of errors ruins my reading experience and I hope they will still release the promised patch, even if I have doubts.

I'm not really into VN at all, it always gets me down without patience, not that I don't like story, but for strong stories I would prefer always reading mangas, as they usually provide quality story combined with possibly good art...
The only point of VN would be the potential for animation and actual game choices... but I think usually those are very poorly done, most of the VNs I played (only a few sure) had incomprehensible amounts of useless dialogs that just annoys the hell out the read them.
That's why I rather read the manga or get anime. For actual games I rather have some actual gamemplay, with hopefully good build-up.

I found that besides the normal ending, the Rika one is the fastest however it still lasted over 5h (1 fap only cuz rika's shit) others are still ~5-6h despite skipping already-seen text. The game story consists of two parts: the main part and the epilogue which depends on the girl you've chosen.

Did you look at sukebei nyaa instead of the normal one? If searching with latin letters doesn't work, try to copy the Japanese Kana and Kanji from vndb. That should work.

Is a replacement script. From everything ive read about it, it kinda dumbs down the wording/grammer to make the translation easier/cleaner for atlus. Its a little better than default atlus. You have to use the dictonary that comes with it, and alter the translation environment. It just makes everything a little smoother. Its like going from random words written on a page, to a sentence written by a 4 year old.
After completing Euphoria, I feel kind of empty. The scenes in the true route really got to me, especially the Devil Ending. That was one fucked up harem.
Other than that, I'm still confused by what was actually real or not.
And Rika was utterly useless for the story overall. She could have been cut out of the game and nothing would have changed except of some missing sex scenes.

There are new choices in the True Route compared to the Nemu route. Whenever a character or Keisuke himself asks you if you want to unleash your inner urges, don't pick the answer that denies it (e.g. don't look away when the cult practices their ceremony). You notice these choices are new when the text afterwards is slightly different compared to the Nemu route.
If you pick all of them you get an additional rape scene instead of a sex scene with Kanae and the final choice will be replaced, allowing you to enact what was peeped out in the dialogue.
Natsuki's route is pretty nice. I think it was overall the most Vanilla one and I liked Misonoo Mei's performance. It's pretty short (just like Rika's) and you get some of the best sex scenes in the game.

Most of the extreme scenes are very short and the gore is never fetishized. The death scenes are bad endings most of the time.

The most hardcore scenes are in the Devil Ending, which is more or less a bad ending.
