You could make one really easily out of junk parts. If you've ever wanted to learn electronics you'll be doing yourself two favors. All you'd really need is a platform that you make yourself (easy as fuck) and a motor that's strong enough and some kind of controller like an Arduino, and some gears.
You can program the Arduino to control the speed of the motor and add in knobs to adjust input voltage to make it faster/slower and stick the motor shaft into a gear and just build it up from there to convert the circular motion into back and forth.
Alternatively you could take a stroll to a junkyard and find a busted circular saw. Take the saw out and you've got yourself an insanely powerful motor that's already preconfigured for various speed settings.
